Outlook 2007

Step 1

  • Select Tools from Outlook Menu
  • Select Email Accounts
  • ASelect Add a New Email Account
  • Select POP3 (Server Type)

Step 2

  • Enter your settings as follows:
  • Your Name: First and Last Name
  • Email Address: Your Email Address
  • Password: Email Account Password
  • Incoming Mail Server: mail.netvatise.com
  • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.netvatise.com

Step 3

  • Select More Settings
  • Click on the Outgoing Server tab
  • Check the box My outgoing server (STMP) requires authentication

Step 4

  • Click on the Advanced tab
  • Only change Outgoing Server to 2626
  • Click OK

  • Confirm your settings and click OK
  • Click Finish

Outlook 2010/2013

Step 1

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • If the Microsoft Outlook Startup wizard appears, on the first page of the wizard, click Next
  • Then, on the E-mail Accounts page, click Next to set up an email account
  • If the Microsoft Outlook Startup wizard doesn't appear, on the Outlook toolbar, click the File tab
  • Then, just above the Account Settings button, click Add Account

Step 2

  • Click Manually configure server settings or additional server types and then click Next
  • On the Choose Service page, select Internet E-mail, and then click Next

Step 3

  • Provide the following information on the Internet E-mail Settings page:
  • Under User Information in the Your Name box, enter the name you want users to see when you send email from this account
  • In the E-mail Address box, enter your full email address (for example john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Under Server Information select POP3 for account type
  • In the Incoming mail server box, enter mail.netvatise.com
  • In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, enter mail.netvatise.com
  • Under Log on Information in the User Name box, enter your email address.
  • In the Password box, enter your password

If you want Outlook to remember your password, make sure the check box next to Remember password is selected

Step 4

  • At the bottom of the page, click More Settings, and then fill in the Internet E-Mail Settings dialog box as follows:
  • On the Outgoing Server tab, select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  • On the Advanced tab: Change outgoing server port to 2626
  • If you want to keep a copy of your messages on the server (not recommended as email accounts have storage limit capacities), under Delivery, click Leave a copy of messages on the server
  • If not selected all messages will be removed from the server and stored locally on your computer

Step 5

  • On the Add New Account page, click Next. After Outlook tests your account, click Close to close the Test Account Settings dialog box
  • On the Congratulations page, click Finish
  • On the Account Settings page, click Close

Blackberry OS 5/6/7

Step 1

  • OS 5 users will find the Email Settings in the Setup folder. Click the Email Settings icon.
  • OS 6/7 users will find the Email Settings within the Setup application.

Step 2

  • You will next be presented with a message asking if you'd like to set up an Internet Mail Account or an Enterprise Account. Select Internet Mail Account.
  • OS6/7 Users will need to choose Add Email Account from the menu (BlackBerry key -> Add Email Account).

Step 3

  • Once you've arrived at the Add Accounts screen, select Other to begin setting up your account.
  • Enter your Webmail Email and Password into the form and click Continue.

In most cases, your BlackBerry will only need your email address and password. Rarely, you will be required to provide information such as your IMAP and SMTP server addresses.

Blackberry OS 10

Step 1

  • At the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
  • Tap Settings > Accounts
  • If you already added an account to your device and wish to add another account, tap Add Account, located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

  • Tap Email, Calendar and Contacts
  • Tap Advanced, located at the bottom of the screen, then tap IMAP

Step 3

  • Under Description, enter a brief description of the account (example: Work Email)
  • Under Display Name, enter the name you would like others to see when you send an email (example: John Smith)
  • Under Username, enter your email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Under Email Address, enter your full webmail email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Under Password, enter your password for the email account

Step 4

  • Under Server Address, enter mail.netvatise.com
  • Leave the default Port number as it is
  • Under Encryption, ensure SSL is selected

Step 5

  • Under SMTP Username, enter your full email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Under SMTP Password, enter the password for the email address you entered above
  • Under SMTP Server Address, enter Netvatise.com
  • Under SMTP Port, enter 2626
  • Under SMTP Encryption, ensure OFF is selected
  • Tap Done, located at the top right of the screen

Android Devices

Step 1

  • Open your device's email application
  • If you already have an email account set up, press Menu and tap Accounts
  • Press Menu again and tap Add account
  • Type your full Email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com) and the Password, and click Next

Step 2

  • Tap on IMAP and use the following settings for your incoming server, depending on the type of email you have:
  • Under Username, enter your email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Under Password, enter your password for the email account
  • Under IMAP Server, enter mail.netvatise.com
  • Under Port, enter 143
  • Select none for security type.

Step 3

  • Use these settings for your outgoing server: (SMTP)
  • Under SMTP Server, enter mail.netvatise.com
  • Under Port, enter 2626
  • Select None for security type.

Step 4

  • Select Require sign-in and make sure your Username (your full email address) and Password are correct. Then tap Next
  • Tap Next again. Name your account and enter the name you want to display on outgoing messages. Then tap Done.

That's it. If everything is working, you should see some email messages. To make sure you can send messages, go ahead and compose an email and send it to yourself.

iOS Devices

Step 1

  • Tap on Settings from the main screen of your iPhone
  • Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select Add Account
  • Choose Other if you do not see your work email's client already provided on the screen
  • Tap Add Mail Account

Step 2

  • From the IMAP tab, under Name, enter the name you would like others to see when you send an email (example: John Smith)
  • Under Email enter your email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Under Password, enter your password for the email account
  • Under Description, enter a brief description of the account (example: Work Email)

Step 3

  • Under Incoming Mail Server > Host Name enter mail.netvatise.com
  • Next to User Name, enter your full email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Next to Password enter the password for your email address

Step 4

  • Under Outgoing Mail Server next to Host Name enter mail.netvatise.com
  • Next to User Name enter your full email address (example: john@yourwebsite.com)
  • Next to Password enter the password for your email address
  • Turn SSL off & Authentication should be password
  • The outgoing server port should be 25
  • Tap Save, located at the top right of the screen
